Even with an appointment a very long wait.
The whole experience was awesome. The waiting room was clean and I appreciated the contactless check in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse was sweet with our 7year old. Dr. Ngan was very kind and thorough. We appreciated the way he explained things and how in depth he was with the whole process. As a mom who was nervous coming in, I appreciate the kindness and care that was shown. Thank you
