I still prefer 9. The wait time is short and the rooms are clean. However, it was hard because I had to explain my condition again to the doctor after already explaining it to the nurse, especially since I wasn’t feeling well. Also, the music in the exam room was too loud and it almost gave me a headache.
I went to urgent care last night because I had been fighting a mean cough for about a week now. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. The staff were very polite and made sure I was okay. I would definitely go back.
The receptionist, nurses, & provider was great. They all had an amazing attitude. I would recommend this urgent care to family and friends.
