Very disappointing experience with Exer Urgent Care. One of my lab samples was mislabeled, so LabCorp couldn’t process it, and no one from Exer even contacted me to let me know. I had to keep calling and going back just to figure out what was happening. I had another lab test done and again, no one reached out to discuss the results or follow up with me. Staff, nurses, and doctors are always fast and friendly. Been twice and had great experiences both times. I default to this location because great care continuity and they have x-ray service, if needed.
