This place was the biggest waste of time. I came in for a weird bump on my chest. That is most likely assist. They made me wait 2 1/2 hours for some lady to come in touch it for two seconds and say “oh this isn’t a regular cyst put some heating pads on it” and walk out. Save yourself to trouble. DO NOT GO HERE
The staff was nice
Had to come here a few days ago and had the best urgent care experience I ever had. Had to come back today and was instead met with Micheal Scott NP who had the worst bedside manner I've ever seen at an urgent care. He was extremely unprofessional when I misheard one of this questions and for the entire time I was there would not stop bringing it up and while in the waiting room even asked the person with me's opinion and the front desk person.
Encountered a few days of neck pain and headache due to a motor vehicle accident . Scheduled a visit on a Saturday at Exer IUrgent Care. Upon arrival was greeted and welcomed by Vanessa whom prompted me to fill out a few forms online. Within 10 minutes was called in by Sunny to measure my vital signs and a brief interview of what brought me in for today’s visit.
