I am not a patient person so when it took them 3hrs to call my name I was a little upset
I can’t believe how many reviews this place has about the same problems that I have experienced. I foolishly gave this Excer a second chance. First time I visited I was turned away by the front desk because they determined that I couldn’t be helped. They then called me back to say that they were mistaken and could help me but I went elsewhere. The staff and the providers here are amazing! They are very attentive, empathetic and take the time to listen to their patients. 10/10
I visited this urgent care back a few years ago and had a great experience. However, my visit this evening was anything but great. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but it sounded like a small party in the back of the clinic. I had a question about check-in, and after about 20 minutes a staff member did come out. She was extremely rude and impatient, and I left without seeing a doctor. What a difference from my first visit. I won't be returning.
