This was my first visit here, and upon meeting Dr. Benjamin, I was very impressed; he is extremely friendly and approachable with his patients. He is highly knowledgeable and prescribed the exact medication needed for the condition. He examined my father very efficiently, without any long wait times. My father even spoke highly of him. From now on, I will bring my father here instead of going elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible experience at Exer Urgent Care - Camarillo. I waited over 2 HOURS just to get a simple work form filled out. I was literally next in line and watched multiple people who came in after me get taken before me for no reason. Staff kept acting like I needed to stay there all day over paperwork that should’ve taken a few minutes. No communication, no organization, and zero respect for people’s time. If you value your day at all, avoid this place.
Employees were very friendly very nice waiting room relatively short waiting time overall pleasant experience as far as urgent Care go
The doctor was so caring and kind. The office is clean and efficient, and I felt heard and well-cared for.
