Friendly staff clean urgent care so as The doctor in charge was very good during rounds and was attentive to patient needs.
Great experience! From the front desk staff to the back office staff to the doctor who treated me - everyone was wonderful. And they were great in working with the pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I highly recommend EXER Urgent Care Calabasas.
Made an appointment for 4pm. I showed up at 4pm. A man in the waiting room said “goodluck I’ve been here since 3 and I had a 3pm appointment”. That didn’t sound good. Then the doctor came out and told the man that he (the doctor) needed to take his half hour break now and could see the 3pm appointment man at 4:30 if he wanted to wait. I was told I would not be seen until at least 5. I left. The doctor and front staff seemed very nice and were polite but the doctor was the only doctor in the urgent care since it opened. This spot is horrible there was hardly anyone in line and it’s took forever to be seen. We arrived at 8:30ish and it took longer than hr to just get through the door. Smh 🤦♂️. We were here early and not the lobby room is full and still no one has been seen yet. I highly don’t recommend coming to this spot. It seems like everyone is getting annoyed and irritated. I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s bad
