They failed to correctly bill my insurance and now they are harassing me AFTER I spoke with one of their billing agents who told me it is common for the people at that site to fail and not properly bill insurance carriers resulting in an incorrect bill to the patient. This Urgent care just refers you to the emergency room. And then bills you for the the visit. This place just wants your money especially if you are there at the end of the day. They don't do anything for concussions. So if your child gets one you are better off calling the nurses hotline.
I was seen in a timely manner, and the whole staff was very thorough and seemed to want to really help. Thank you.
