This place only cares about money! Literally spent 40 minutes on questioning what insurance I have and n only spend 5 minutes on my daughters issue. Came in with a temperature of 103. They only have self check in. If you're sick DONT COME HERE especially if you're black! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
Maybe they have great staff, and I don’t have direct experience with treatment, but I did visit and…. They said they not treat bleeding, including minor injuries causing bleeding or small puncture wounds. Directed us to the ER. Their website said they’d treat minor cuts and wounds, but that bleeding that won’t stop should go to ER. Seems odd that an urgent care can’t treat a minor puncture wound not requiring stitches but, whatever. Also, no walk ins after 745 pm, even though Google says they’re open to 8 pm. Be advised!
The Dr. was nice however the medical assistants in this place are rude. Terrible communication and poor service all around.
This is my second visit at this outstanding urgent care center And it was as impressive as my first visit ! Today I had the most caring Dr Boris who took such great time with me and was so thorough with tests to check and make sure that I didn’t have pneumonia ! Dr Boris checked all the boxes and I feel so thankful for his excellent brilliance in medicine and patient care!
