The broker/owner B Pearson is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Significant issues such as heat in the middle of the winter and basement flooding were not addressed with any sense of urgency. Highly recommend others to NOT get involved with this company as the head executive is of such poor character.

We never rented a house to anyone named Bob Leigh or Leigh Bob or anything close to that. In any case, as managers for Individual Owners we can only relay what an owner is or is not willing to do to a home. I am sorry that you feel that you were treated rudely. If I had ever met you or talked to you then we perhaps could resolve your issue. Unfortunately, because you are using a fictitious facebook account, I am unable to resolve whatever issue you might think you have.
I did not end up renting with Executive (I managed to qualify to buy a home) - but during my search for a rental, Executive was the best group - bar none. If I ever had to rent again - or if I ever am in need of a Management company, I would not hesitate to sign on with this team.
