STAY FAR AWAY unless you welcome poor communication and above all dishonesty. We rented one of the properties that they manage and our gut feeling was spot on, horrible!! From mismatched light bulbs, mold,filth bugs and more.... We used them as a Realtor to purchase a home solely because we did not want them to play game with our deposit. Stay away from Excutive realty, they are the worst company to rent and purchase a home ,they are very helpful until you sign the papers then it is all down hill from there. I purchased a home and Nora Kiger as my agent. She was the worst, not only did she never show up for any of the inspections but she didn’t even show up for the closing. She was paid a considerable amount in commissions. I would advise everyone to stay away.,..I would rate them negative stars.

Avoid at all costs. They are the rudest and most unprofessional team of “property managers” ever. The front desk woman Brenda Penn is rude and does not know many rules and laws surrounding rental properties, and tried to get use to pay a double security deposit until I went to the owner who corrected her mistake. We’ve had multiple issues with the property that they have ignored.
