Never got back to me after giving half the down payment for my windows. There is no address for this business Have gone to look and there is a UPS store at the companies address in South Lake. Feel like I have been scammed. Very upset with Shane Moore who represented himself as an honest man.
Missed several windows - I sent him pictures and he never returned my calls; never returned neighbors calls; FINALLY reached out to me ONE YEAR LATER. I will never use or recommend Executive Windows again.

I think Shane did a great job but I've called several times about my missing screen and I haven't received any answer. Would really appreciate a call back.
