Interesting that there are no current reviews -- and that there are basically no reviews at all. I almost moved in there 18 months ago. Decided not to move in when the area manager and the apartment manager talked to me like S. A real blessing. I love where I live now.
This place has become a disgusting cesspool for slimy stinking dogs... excrement urine... Absolutely no desire or ability to clean up after those disgusting deplorable animals... the smell is hideous... And if you're asking anything to the office... everything you hear from the basic clerk has absolutely no credibility...
Just found out today that they violated their/my lease agreement with me re: NO DOGS in their claustrophobic, dated, smoky, smelly and barely ventilated OLD building... ( just handed in my 6 month rent check...) Now... I have a bunch of barking screaming out of control animals disturbing the general peace in a building I was told at the time I signed the lease and FULLY PAID all my FE$S and rent... That no DOGS OR Exotic animals were allowed in the building... What's next on the agenda... one might wonder... Untrustworthy an... read more
Loved it there .but I bought my own townhome,but I'm ready to rent there again.
