Just found out today that they violated their/my lease agreement with me re: NO DOGS in their claustrophobic, dated, smoky, smelly and barely ventilated OLD building... ( just handed in my 6 month rent check...) Now... I have a bunch of barking screaming out of control animals disturbing the general peace in a building I was told at the time I signed the lease and FULLY PAID all my FE$S and rent... Loved it there .but I bought my own townhome,but I'm ready to rent there again.
I've been here since 2010, and love living here. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else
I moved here in December of 2020. The building has controlled access and many amenities. The grounds are very well kept and the building is well maintained. I like the convenient location with many grocery stores and eating establishments located near by. It's a 55 and older community and much quieter than my last apartment. There's an indoor heated pool and nice courtyard within the confines of the building. They have laundry facilities located throughout the building and the mail boxes are located indoors also.
