We didn’t even make it to point of the arriving at the rental. We booked through vrbo and after seeing the same property on VRBO and other sites with reviews of roaches and uncleanliness( there were photos) we decided to go with a different rental. Upon cancellation we were advised we would get a full refund. Now 2 weeks later the only refund we received is from vrbo for the booking fee. Great stay at 7041 - Solterra Oasis! The house was super clean, comfy beds, and lots of space for our group of nine. Safe, quiet gated neighborhood in Davenport about 30 minutes from the parks. Andy was awesome—really easy to communicate with. The clubhouse pool was warm and the food was good. Couldn’t figure out the upstairs projector, but no big deal!

Stayed 3 nights at 1583 Mermaid Cove Way in Kissimmee FL. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow with no problems getting in and out of property. Home has a very spacious layout and home has multiple areas where everyone could spend time together comfortably. Quality of mattresses and pillows were great which is also a plus. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
