Only because I cannot give a zero. I would strongly encourage anybody that is trusting executive title to do their research and require receipts on a closing statement to rethink using them. I just received my proceeds check from after my divorce that my husband signed off on and they accepted an Excel spreadsheet for what he felt he should be reimbursed. No research no anything not one receipt. Needless to say executive title will be hearing from my attorney.
They are great when you have no issue but if something does go wrong.......they will not do anything to help and hope you go away, and if you don’t they will pass the buck to someone else and then they stop communicating all together. Don’t take the chance find another title company. And if you are in the same boat, file a complaint with the Attorney general. Let’s get the same “wonderful service” when something goes wrong.
