Positives- clean, convenient Negatives- minimal in basic supplies (silverware, garbage bag, paper towels), towels were very small and thin, no instructions, i.e. direct TV and when I called for assistance was told someone would stop in no one ever stopped or followed up. A definite non stay
Great location, love the price Miteka is so nice Its quiet and peaceful, safe for families. Definitely better than a hotel
We were living in mold roaches water leaking ragley cabinets that was brittle plus and plus matika let her move in without the full deposit cuz I refused for my son to live in mold that's why we moved out of there so now she's trying to take my money I need help from everybody to get all my money back from matika
