SO rude on the phone. I asked if they had any opening for today and he screamed in my ear "For what?" with an annoyed voice. Then when I told him for a manicure he transferred me to a girl who "checked" for availability for about two seconds and said she didn't have any openings. She didn't ask me if I was interested in any other day and was so cold and non-interested... Not very good customer service.
