Excellent from the time we reached out. David communicated well and met us on a Saturday afternoon. Was very informative noting many things we have never thought about in regards to our crawl space and around the house. It was like an education from someone with a lot of experience. Helpful in getting samples taken and results from lab in 48-72 hours. Answered all of my wife’s questions and was understanding of all concerns. Would definitely recommend.

He is someone that is able to zoom out and look at the whole picture and identify the right problem that needs to be worked on.
