BEWARE!! This is the worst rental agency to be associated with. I regret renting from them and the owner for 8 1/2 years since 11/2014. BEWARE!! This is the worst rental agency to be associated with. I have rented for 8 1/2 years since 11/2014 and they are unprofessional, dishonest and irresponsible. I was the best tenant being an absentee only residing there for no more than 3 months out of the year. And since Covid in 2019 I was only at the rental a total of 20 days. They increased my rent $100/mo. after placing a poorly installed screen door and promising quarterly furnace maintenance which they never did.
