Called at 10am left a message for "Linda" to return my call but never received a call back. The automated message said she is either out of the office or on another call (not unavailable until a specified date!) I called again at 3pm and left another message. I still have not received a return phone call. Not sure if this is normal or not as I have never needed to contact them prior to this! Very disappointing and unprofessional.
