BEWARE! Terrible service provider. I have trees taller then my condo leaning so bad they should be assessed and likely removed. I was told that "although this is a common area it is my problem and I was responsible to hire an arborist at my own expense and then MAYBE they would look into it" It was then explained to me that he cost of this is expensive and the condo board didn't have the appropriate funds to cover such expensive costs. DO NOT TRUST THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH YOUR PROPERTY My family trusted this business with overseeing our family home. Instead, they racked up thousands of dollars in supposed 'repairs', while the house was filthy and sustained much damage. Not to mention that the tenants this company found stole property from us, including our lawn mower and various other tools.
