So annoyed with this company they don't even give you a chance I wanted to rent a apartment thats on $925 a month and showed them I make 6k a month with my pay stub. I was denied because my credit is not 620 but is 600 I was denied because of that. I absolutely loved renting from Jeremy Ferguson at Executive Property Management. He was so great & on multiple occasions went above and beyond what most landlords would do and he never ever complained. On a Sunday he came to let me in my apartment when i had locked myself out. After i had moved out he forward 2 packages to me my new address & again mever complained not 1 time. He waa always helpful & he always answered the phone or called me back. Overall the neighborhood we were in renting from here was very quiet and nice, I did have some concerns. Upon moving out they will pre show your apartment to other people, no matter if you live there or not, it is apart of the lease so it is my fault for not reading it fully, and if someone decided to move in and your next place falls through then you don’t get to go back. I’m leaving 2 stars due to the way this business runs and operates their lease and deposit withdrawals. Upon moving out they will pre show your apartment to other people, no matter if you live there or not, it is apart of the lease which to me isn’t a very common thing, they will also tell you that you can hang stuff as long as it isn’t command strips, which I was charged for but never used, then will make you clean then still charge a cleaning fee, a paint fee, although saying they will handle all normal wear tear repairs (... read more
