I called in looking for a Herman Miller mesh office chair. Was informed that they do not carry that brand new, but may have inventory used, so I was transferred to the used furniture department. When I asked about potential inventory, instead of a simple no, the employee laughed at me and said I was "looking for a Lamborghini in a used car dealership." I wasn't offered alternatives or solutions even though I called in trying to purchase an over $1,000.00 chair. I would take your business somewhere else.
