Completely disappointed today! I have been going with them for a while. This afternoon I went to get a refill and the reception Lady, which I’ve never seen before Told me that I cannot get a refill I need a new set because I was asking for a ombré. My nail was originally a nude brown but she said it will not look good. I have been going here and never had this problem!
