loved this nail shop, brought my girl to get her nails done, and they had a bar for 3 drinks on the house, amazing luxury service
This place is going down hill. When Kevin was manager there it was a great place to go to. Not anymore.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 4 years, but lately the service just isn’t what it used to be. The last few visits, I’ve asked for specific things and either been ignored, had attitude for my request, or only had them done poorly. This last time, the tech walked away mid-conversation when I asked for a certain gel, saying she didn’t do that service and I ended up feeling rushed through the rest of the appointment leading to no manicure or pedicure. Nails and toes were crooked... came home and fixed. Pedicure was super fast. I didn't even finish my drink and it was all over. Plus, nail prices start at $45 plus $5 to take off old set.... guess it pays for the free drink. I had Square shape toes when I walked in and left with big toe round... gotta wait til they grow back to fix. Update: trying them again.. $75 for nails is ridiculous, I had nothing extravagant done. 45 for full set, 5 for shape, 25 for color. I've never paid that for just nails.
