I just recently moved into the area. This company moved my household goods. This company by far has been the worst!!!! They are so unprofessional. They did not finish the job that was stated in the contract. And when I talked to their boss Remy he promised they would come out the following day to make right. They canceled on me and he has not answered my phone calls. I am beyond pissed at this company and their subpar customer service and performance. Our experience with them was beyond fantastic!! Wish we could provide more than just five stars. This was our first PCS move and I was a little uneasy about the process, but they made everything a breeze! Ana and Flor packed up our things the first day, and the next day Jesus and his loading crew came to load all the boxes and our belongings into the truck. Day 1, did not finish boxing when they could have done it all in one day. Day 2 canceled finishing packing until Saturday. Day 3 finished pack and left some items as "the driver will get it". Day 4 loading is horrible. Broke at least $700 of stuff so far and are not sure it will all fit on the truck. Continue to blame broken items on "its Particle board". It has all moved twice and was fine then.
