Worked with Duke for about a month trying to get a preapproval, two weeks we were told we would have an approval any day, then he said he needed to represent us as our real estate agent, a service we were not looking for. He then told us he would not give us a preapproval unless we signed an agreement that he would represent us as a real estate agent. So we have wasted a month he has pulled our credit and we are back to square one. Be careful
