Mr. Garland is an incredible teacher and leader. He did an incredible training for our youth group. He lead us in breathing techniques in sitting, standing and lying down positions. We learned about the Korean Culture, self-defense, De-Escalation, self regulation, and many other arts over 3 half-day seminars. It was life changing for me and the youth.
