I loved living at 28 N Goodman St. The landlord is down-to-earth, compassionate, and kind. She really cares about people. She takes great care in choosing tenants and equally great care in making sure tenants have what they need, including safety. She immediately fixed/replaced the microwave and oven when I asked.
