I told them to please not come into my home because I had to worn and my 13 year old was there by herself.. they came in anyways. When my kid told them to leave because she is a minor and her mom doesn't want adults in the house while she is alone they said they needed to look around... my kid again said she was a minor to which they responded , " you dont look like a minor" she said um 12 and then they still tried to stay. My kif had to tell them she is reporting them to her mom and they finally left.
No response to any requests for anything. Zero communication, last time we even heard from the owner he was threatening to bulldoze the whole building down before our leases were up. Complete lack of professionalism with no communication.
Lovely group, loved them as my property managers. LeAnne is wonderful
