Pros: Clean sheets, decent towels, clean tub, front desk was courteous, easy check in/out, good TV Cons: Lots of road noise, stained comforter, dirty desk/phone, lots of unhoused around at night so doesn't feel super safe walking Overall good value and good for a night or two.
Perfect for what I needed, a home base for new years and a spot to sit warmly and wait for uber prices to go down after NYE. I will certainly be back!
Excellent service! We were allowed to checkin early at 1pm, given a ground floor room as we requested, I asked if we could borrow a kettle to heat up water to make coffee, instead he provided us a coffee machine, wow! Even told us to ask for more pods if we needed. Location is also great, not that far from downtown, 1min walk to voodoo doughnut as well. Free parking and free wifi.
