What ever you do don't stay here my son an I was to stay there for a week while my apt.was being worked on so we paid for a week I was at work when he called an said the staff had stolen a item from our room the next thing I know they are taking him to jail the management called me an demanded we get off his property stated he didn't want the police on his property we had only been there 2 nights and he refused to give me a refund he was very very rude!!!!they come here and buy up all our hotels and stores and talk to us lik... read more
Room was filthy had blood stains & holes on bedding, refrigerator & microwave dirt & didn't work
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The "manager" insulted us when we tried to call about an error on a booking we made. Actually asked my husband if he disciplined me & then stated we couldn't read because we were from Ripley, TN!! I seem to have better English than he did!! We live in America, not IRAQ!!! We try not to insult your culture, don't insult ours!!!!
I would say that this place has great maid services. They on the other hand can't help you if you don't know a guest's room number. Even if the guest was in one room and possibliy changed to another room they wont help you. That part of their service is riduiculas. Other than that the rooms are great and the pool is clean.
