First room we had the bed frame broke. It looked like it was 50 years old. They switched us to a room with no TV and said they would fix it tomorrow. I didn't see any employees the rest of my stay. Me and my kids were homeless at the time so we tried to extend our stay but they locked the office door and wouldn't answer when we rang the bell.
