I wrote a review yesterday with a 1 star. They did respond to my email. They said: Thank for reaching out to the Member Services department. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us. The 90 day renewal is for Executive Housing Strategies to ensure we have the most up-to-date information. Our members are able to update us on the status of their vacation time (i.e any vacation time you are planning on using or vacation time at risk of expiring) or check up on their account ensuring it is active. If I could chose a negative start, that is what I would do. This is the email I sent them today: Please note that my husband and I have decided that your company is a scam. We will do our best to spread the word. Why else would you make it so difficult for us to maintain our contract by having to email you every 90 days without fail at the threat of losing our contract, and money deposited with you. Zero stars is not an option and one is a huge gift.. This company has no integrity. We entered into the contract with Executive Housing Strategies in good faith in March 2021 after a phone call from Kenneth Emerick when we exercised our cancellation option. We did that following more research on the company and BBB reviews/complaints. In Sept 2017, In good faith, I entered into an agreement with EHS. I in turn I expected the same good faith to deliver on their service to which I paid $ 1395.00. We are now in excess of 4 years in absence of any reasonable legitimate offers. Although it is written in the agreement, It was not explained to me initially that I had to renew every 90 days. At this time, Mr. ********'s account is active and being advertised. The agreement does require that he renew the account every 90 days to keep the account active to receive offers. The purpose of this is to ensure that nothing has changed since we do our marketing and advertising in periods of 90-days. This way we are not forwarding offers for points/weeks that have already been used or have plans of being used by the owner. I wish I could leave zeros stars but 1 star was as low as I could enter . . . We were promised that our timeshare would be easy to rent and that we would quickly recover our investment with EHS. We signed our contract on May 4, 2020 and have not received one (READ NONE) interested renters. I am at a loss to know what I can do to recover our investment. I only hope that EHS is not allowed to pray on other senior citizens that are attempting to make ends meet.
I don't think much of this company. After signing a contract ,paying almost two thousand dollars, and being guaranteed there would be rentals made for my property I have received not one. Also was not told initially that I would need to renew every year in August. Really difficult to reach anyone to even talk, when I did they would claim oh we're working on it for you. Bologna!!!! I really don't believe they intended too.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were more then helpful to take my money but after that I have heard nothing from them. I have tried to call and email them and they will not respond. It has been more than a year since I bought into the program and now they won't answer to return my money for failing to get me any offers within a year. Do not give this company anything.
