I wrote a review yesterday with a 1 star. They did respond to my email. They said: Thank for reaching out to the Member Services department. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us. The 90 day renewal is for Executive Housing Strategies to ensure we have the most up-to-date information. Our members are able to update us on the status of their vacation time (i.e any vacation time you are planning on using or vacation time at risk of expiring) or check up on their account ensuring it is active. If I could chose a negative start, that is what I would do. This is the email I sent them today: Please note that my husband and I have decided that your company is a scam. We will do our best to spread the word. Why else would you make it so difficult for us to maintain our contract by having to email you every 90 days without fail at the threat of losing our contract, and money deposited with you. Zero stars is not an option and one is a huge gift.. This company has no integrity. We entered into the contract with Executive Housing Strategies in good faith in March 2021 after a phone call from Kenneth Emerick when we exercised our cancellation option. We did that following more research on the company and BBB reviews/complaints. Mr. Emerick spent over an hour with us reviewing the business strategy, etc. We have had ONE email from EHS from May 2021. Stay far away! As close to a scan as you can get for anyone sucked into turning over your vacation club points or vacation certificates. Charges you approx. $1700 to take your Vacation Club points or Interval certificates & then tells you they'll get you 2, 3 or 4 times as much in rental income. say they "guarantee" but they really can't guarantee anything.
