These people are FRAUDS! Walk do not run. They are highly unresponsive, unreliable, will have you live in unsafe living conditions and you will never see your security depositp
They are bad & did zero to resolve any of my issues. I found my property without smoke detectors immediately after Executive Housing staff said they conducted a physical inspection & the place was fine. When I escalated the issue the company owner Brian Ridgeway didn't help.
Dealing with EHC has been horrific. They are unprofessional and unethical. Please refer to ****for other detailed reviews. My apartment was not move in ready...HVAC was broken, appliances are shoddy. Concerns are not dealt with promptly. They do as little as possible and always have a ready excuse at hand to explain away their deficits.
