I lived here for two years and couldn't have had a better experience. It is by far the most affordable housing in state college and the value I got was really great. The apartment is pretty basic, nothing too fancy but my unit was really neat, and had a cozy balcony. Had a few things break over time but maintenance was responsive in fixing them.
