We lived here for 6 years. Overall, I would normally give a place like this 3 stars. It was a good value (one of the last more reasonably priced places in State College), with decent apartments and facilities. But Tami in the front office alone gets an extra star for the building. She was always kind, friendly, and quick to help, and made our experience here feel that much more like a home. Nice place, lived here for 3.5 years, 3rd floor. Landlords are nice. Relatively few bugs, never saw any other pests. Quiet. Place is older but well-kept, did not often have to have any maintenance requests. When something did have to be fixed, landlords responded in a timely and reasonable manner. Laundry room, hallways, and lobby were up to date and clean. Balconies are nice enough given the price of the unit. I really enjoyed living here. I lived here from Aug 2021 to Dec 2023. I let Tami know I was graduating in December and they found someone to take my lease, which was great. They never bugged me unless necessary, fixed any issues I had quickly, and were overall just very kind. The price is reasonable for a one bedroom in the area, and it's overall a lovely place. I recommend!
My partner and I rented from Executive House for 2 years and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The apartments are very affordable considering their size and location, and the property is well-maintained. The office and maintenance staff were always courteous and responsive. If we could have taken the building with us when we moved, we would have!
