Relatively new resident and this place has been anything but good. Constant building repairs and lack of communication from management. Understandably the building is not new and repairs are to be needed, but it seems to be poor planning and care from management. Waiting until a heatwave to fix longstanding AC issues, consistent fire alarm issues, broken/dirty gym equipment, and another year with a delayed pool opening. All of which can be avoided. No amenities are provided as they should be. Don’t recommend.
DO NOT waste your time applying for this apartment or paying the fee. They appear to be collecting/farming application fees without renting the unit. The studio and one-bedroom have been listed for over six months with no tenants placed. The management seems disorganized and dishonest. Save your money, and be cautious submitting an application could result in unnecessary fees and the risk of lowering your credit. They just want to waste your time and collect it application fee.
Writing this review as a current resident of Executive House for 10 years. If you are looking to move here. DONT. We haven’t had an operating laundry facility for over 6 months. With hundreds of people living here, we have only ONE working washing machine and have been told for months that repairs will be done soon. Please reference attached screenshots. Whoever be answering the phone in the leasing office be rude as hell .. I don't have time I'm just going to report them, like why have rentals up with no address but when I'm inquiring about it she says do I want to find the address first .. like why not look it up weirdo
