Writing this review as a current resident of Executive House for 10 years. If you are looking to move here. DONT. We haven’t had an operating laundry facility for over 6 months. With hundreds of people living here, we have only ONE working washing machine and have been told for months that repairs will be done soon. Please reference attached screenshots. Whoever be answering the phone in the leasing office be rude as hell .. I don't have time I'm just going to report them, like why have rentals up with no address but when I'm inquiring about it she says do I want to find the address first .. like why not look it up weirdo
I am truly astonished by the blatant unprofessionalism displayed by this leasing agency. I contacted a leasing agent in mid-August to schedule a tour and was informed that I could visit the apartment during their working hours for a tour of the unit I was interested in. When I arrived on August 22, I initially had difficulty getting in touch with someone to let me into the building.
