The Dumpsters in the back attract A LOT of activity. Management refuses to place the dumpsters in the parking garage like neighboring buildings do. DO NOT use the back door at night. In my experience, it is very dangerous back there at night, and occasionally during the day. Management refuses to address the issue.

I just moved out and got my full deposit back. I did a damn good job taking care of the place so I expected that. Management and maintenance were easy to communicate with and I never had an issue. Cheaper rent in the Denver area than a lot of buildings. Here's five stars, thanks for a good run executive house.

Mgt doesn’t care about service or appearance. The poor excuse for a laundry room, Nissan ghetto. Machines are out of order & outdated. They STILL require quarters that NO ONE in Denver wants to sell, if they do, it’s only 1 roll. Some machines will eat your money & you’re basically screwed. There’s no Mgr to call when you do lose your money, just a vague number for MCA Laundry. Obs Mgr doesn’t keep up the place, just collects rent. This is a good beginners apartment. It is no frills, plain vanilla, with no pool or gym, and that's probably for the better. It's clean, quiet, and the people have been very friendly. The parking is horrific, but its like that everywhere in downtown Capitol Hill. For its location, it is extremely affordable. A great place to start.
