Newly Renovated?!?!?!? Not so much... – I booked this hotel because of its location and the website advertised it as "newly renovated." However, when we got there it was anything but. The staff was very rude! The woman who checked us in didn't say a word to us. Then we got up to our room, and it just got worst. I requested a room away from the elevator, and we were right next to the elevator. The "newly renovated" rooms had dirty, dingy floors, the wall paper on the walls was pealing and scatched up, and there was a hole in ... read more
Newely remodeled – Now called the Executive Hotel Pacific , It was recently remodeled with a very modern look . It has some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in , the room was on the smaller size I recommend paying the extra twenty dollars for the king room or the two Queen bed room they are much more roomy. There is a Seattles best coffeee and Jasmine in the lobby and you can walk anywhere nearby you need to go. I paid at least half the price as the hotels next door and across the street were charging IT WAS A ... read more
worst hotel experience ever!!! – I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My boyfriend and I got into town early & called to see if we would check in early, we were told yes, but once we got there we were told something different. We had to wait for an hour in the lobby to finally get our room which ended being the wrong room I had put reservations for. I requested a KING size bed but recieved a Queen. When it was brought to the staff's attention they did not do anything to accomocate us except for take off $10. When we c... read more
June 2005 visit – The earlier reviews on this site do not reflect the present situation. We found the reception staff unhelpful and no management staff evident. We booked in March but they did not provide the type of room which we had booked and they had no inclination to rectify matters. One would be well advised to look elsewhere if you want to get what you booked!
A downtown economy hotel with a touch of class. – The Scene This mid-size heritage property offers economy in the heart of downtown's Hotel Row. You'll find tour groups rolling in by the busload, full of weary-looking Brits, each of whom has just bought a sweatshirt on Robson Street in Vancouver. The Details Nominated for best value hotel for its central location and comfy rooms, the Pacific Plaza has modern refinements such as voicemail and in-room movies. The rooms are comfy and a continental breakfast is included in the r... read more
I would give it a 9 – I really enjoyed my stay. The staff recommended a few good restaurants which turned out to be the best of all the ones we ate at. I was impressed with how clean our room was, the bathroom especially. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was plenty of food and a variety of coffee they served. I would stay there again. It was a convenient location as well.
Best customer Service – I stayed here recently and found the staff to be some of the friendliest ever in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile and with great charm. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in Seattle. Great price and location as well.
Clean & Friendly – Stayed at the Pacific Plaza on business. My room was clean and neat. The front desk staff was very nice and recommended a number of choices for dinner. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick bagel and coffee. No frills spot that is perfect for those on a budget.
