Executive Home Care of Southern Ocean offers unparalleled service. Professional, Compassionate, Individualized service. Mike came to our home to set up the care we needed. Although there are other options, this personalized care was just what our family needed. Our aide Rosemarie was our Sunshine Angel. Her skills allowed us to have Mom home with outstanding care in the love and comfort of her own home. Thank you to the whole team. From our first phone call to the last phone call expressing their condolences.

All I can say is Executive Home Care saved our family. As my Dad's level of care need increased our Hospice Services recommended Michael and his company. Michael immediately sprung into action over the Christmas Holidays and assisted my mom in every way you can imagine. Helping Dad with daily life activities, cleaning, etc. Michael and Maureen who handles scheduling were responsive, empathetic and professional. The care people are excellent. I highly recommend Executive Home Care of Southern Ocean County. They were prompt to staff caregivers for my mom and matched the caregivers well to my mother's needs. The caregivers were very personable and accomodating. The entire office staff is fantastic to work with as well.

Executive Home Care determined they would no longer care for my mom because it was only 8 hrs a month...they sent a letter to her home...it is on file that she has memory loss and that I have Power of Attorney..the letter was finally found after the last date of service..we had no idea..when I called I was told " I don't look at the files. I only send letters". THIS IS SUCH A NEGLIGENT PRACTICE..and the letter was postmarked 2 days after the last date of care. My mom was without care because "they don't look at files to see ... read more

Horrible people to work for , woman who places you on cases is rude and doesn’t listen to your restrictions like can’t bare cats/dogs. Places you regardless causing loss time , loss pay and then won’t resend you to other patients. Management won’t back you up either they back her up. Waste of valuable time and ultimately money.
