I followed my trainer to EHSC when he started training here. The staff is excellent. The managers, trainers, customer service, and even the maintenance people are professional, friendly, and quite helpful. Of course I think my trainer is the best, but as I watch other trainers, I appreciate their level of knowledge as well. The care and thought they put into their clients sessions, to give them the safest best possible results from a workout, is outstanding and it shows.
