I have been going for several months mainly for depression, but anxiety, focus, etc. are all tied into this. After some research, my unknowing and skepticism were resolved. This process is actually based in science. Have done the “calming” program and the “focus/task” program. All this can be almost like magic if you are not so self aware. My daughter works with Erica and has had great success with Neurofeedback!
Erica is great. My son went here for about 2 years, and it has helped tremendously with his ADHD and his focus! We stopped for a while, but he had some trauma happen, and we are back and 6 weeks in, and the improvement is wonderful! Takes a while to see the changes, but they do come. Thank you, Erica!!
Erica is patient and kind. Neurofeedback helped me greatly with my anxiety. I recommend giving this a try if you would like to try an unconventional solution to pretty much anything.
