Took my wife’s BWM M850 (it’s used but new to her) for a health check. Damir told us his honest opinion on what is needed and when. Took it to a dealer service shop just to get a second opinion. They gave us a list of things similar to Damir’s and added more (unnecessary) work. Talked with Damir again about the dealer’s findings and I concluded the dealer was trying to pad their profits. I trust Damir’s honest opinions, experience, and expertise over a dealer that is trying to get as much money as possible.
Executive provided great service on my 2017 Golf after the dreaded check engine line came on. They were recommended by a friend and from the minute I entered, Damir was very honest and treated me with respect. He took the time to review all the possible issues and how each issue would have to be handled. He didn't recommend unnecessary work, but did provide guidance on some issues with the car (due to high mileage) that could be handled concurrently. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
