"Buyer Beware!" Owner, Micheal Rich of Executive Eyewear tries to razzle, dazzle you with his "trust me" attitude, and scribbles over inflated figures to impress you that you are getting a deal. Worst business I ever encountered. Michael Rich (the owner) screamed at me, lied to me, made excuses why my glasses were delivered to me broken.
Most exciting collection of eyewear you will find, this side of Monreal.
I have never had an experience as a consumer like I did at this place. What a raving lunatic the owner is. I have never been screamed at by anyone my entire life like I was by Michael Rich the owner. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Couldn't be Worse This is the first time I've ever made the effort to write a negative review. Normally, when I have a bad experience I just write it off and choose to never do business with the establishment again. But this was a whole new level of suck. The prices are high. Michael tells you that he has special digital equipment, but the truth is most glasses are digitally ground these days. Horrible Service and Overpriced. You'll get your overpriced glasses not when promised, but weeks or months later. There will be all sorts of excuses - they sent the wrong lenses, they just weren't right, etc. Don't believe - Michael just doesn't know how to make and keep a commitment. I've talked to quite a few people who've made purchases here, and I've yet to find one person who got their glasses when and as promised. There are better choices.
The glasses that I bought from Executive Eyewear are the only pair of glasses that have worked for me. I have no problems seeing distance and reading with them. I have bought glasses from other places and they did not work. I could not read with them. I love my new glasses from Executive Eyewear!
