They don’t take feedback well. After having brought up several issues, I was simply ignored. I couldn’t even update my credit card to re-up my monthly membership 🤦🏼♀️ I just paid a one time use bc my car was in dire need and called it quits. Should work on customer service :(

Like the very strong vacuums and the price point and open early.
I had been using this car wash for quite sometime, until my windshield was cracked.... I informed the kid in the office of it and left my number and he laughed in my face.. literally... I know my insurance would cover it.. just wanted to let the owner know.. he of course hasn’t called me back and it has been months..
