I'm a resident of a large apartment complex in San Diego, Ca. and our management team hired ECC to repair & repaint the exteriors, decks, railings, stairwells, chimneys, and trim. I must say the guys who did the repair work and the painters were excellent. They were friendly, polite, very careful, and fast.
