I contacted this company because they were professional and friendly during my friendgirl's b-day trip. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same positive experience when I attempted to orchestrate my own birthday trip. Initially, the secretary was professional, friendly, patient, and even easy to talk to; until some miscommunication occurred within one of our conversations.
