I rented a party bus and it was cancelled at the last minute . The company has no working phone number and then received another number via email that was also not in service . They cancelled my reservation last minute stating mechanical problems with the party bus that I already paid for . RIP OFF! My wife and I made a reservation for a limo from Executive Limo, paid the $100 deposit. We got a text message the day of the reservation that said they would be at our place for pick up at 4:30… no one showed. Tried to get someone on the phone, either no one answered at first (peak time, we get it), or left us on hold and ended up hanging up on us. I rented a limo for a Prom night for 19 kids paid on 4/5 for service on 4/23, they never show up to pick them up, manager never responded to my calls and I received a message from a driver saying I had canceled, which I never did, not professional at all, they doubled booked, I followed up so many times to make sure they had correct address, should’ve known this is a NOT RELIABLE COMPANY!! Do not hire!
