I was assigned to make transportation arrangements for an off-site corporate event for my husbands company. After calling several companies looking for a professional company with new or newer buses for our event I choose Executive. They invited me to their office to view their fleet and leave my deposit. The day of service the driver was on tim3 and really added to the success of our event. Our company board members were all impressed as well. Thanks!
This company is a complete scam don’t use it.
If I could leave a zero I would. I came 4 hours away after booking this over a month ago and no one had contacted me. I decided the day before touch base and call and email but no one got back to me until the night before my reservation. At 8:00pm the night before my reservation, someone calls me and says that they don’t have a vehicle to accommodate my party after I booked it over a month ago. This is ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!
The bus we booked months in advance did not arrive, and Executive Charters would not respond to our many requests for a refund. We were forced to contest the charge with my bank. Don't book.
