I have used the service of Executive Carpet Cleaners for years. I recently had some medical issues that led to the deep depression and health issues. I was embarrassed about the condition of my carpet. Ralph was extremely understanding and I did not feel judged at all. Mitch and Jake came out to do the actual cleaning. I called executive in a panic after a white dining chair was damaged due to a spill with a red colored drink. I attempted to spot clean and realized i should call a professional. Luckily when i called the owner Ralph answered and asked me for pictures and what i had done. He agreed to come look at the chair and take back to his shop to attempt to clean the stains and water damage i caused.
