Our home care provider Vida is so very kind and caring and takes wonderful care of my husband as if he were her own Dad!!!! Kathy & Joe
The team did an amazing job of taking care of my mother. The live in helper was very caring and diligent ensuring my mom was cared for and comfortable and communicated very well with me about her status. The administrative team was also extremely helpful in navigating long term care insurance and billing.
We’ve been with Executive Home Care for about 3 years - first with my mom and now with my dad (who recently turned 100). We have been lucky to have only 2 primary caregivers during this time and mgmt has worked with us to make sure we have coverage when our primaries go on break. We have had local caregivers as well as those from Jamaica and Ghana. Not all have been “appropriate” for our situation and again mgmt has worked with us to accommodate our preferences.
