had an appointment at Executive Barber Shop this morning at 8:00 a.m. with Dustin. Instead of being ready, he texted me to say he overslept and wanted to reschedule for later in the day. That is extremely unprofessional. I don’t live nearby and had already driven 20 minutes to be there on time. My schedule doesn’t allow me to wait around all day, nor should it be my responsibility to adjust because of his lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend Dustin or Executive Barber Shop

CJ does a great job on both my hair and my son's hair. He is flexible on schedule and sometimes fits me in when I need to change schedule. Highly recommended

I showed up on time for a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately my barber was busy getting his own haircut when I arrived. I waited while he gossiped about what sounded like a coworker with another barber. No acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I asked if I was going to get my haircut anytime soon, they condescendingly told me they’d be done in a “minute “no further explanation than that. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I left. Respect goes both ways. I understand everyone needs a break now ... read more
